Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences, such as ordering the wrong size or color, or if the product does not meet personal expectations after opening.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If more than 5 business days have passed since the product was delivered

  • For pre-order items

  • If the product has been used, altered, washed, or cleaned

  • If the invoice, product tags, or labels have been removed or lost

  • If the product has been damaged or soiled under the customer's care

  • If the product's condition upon return differs significantly from its original state

Defective Products

If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same item if stock is available. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number, product name, and details of the defect.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We do not accept changes to orders (such as size, color, or quantity) or cancellations after the order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
