Shipping policy

Products will be shipped after the order and payment have been confirmed.

Shipping Schedule

  • In-stock items: Shipped within 1 week (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-order items: Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment. Shipping will follow the schedule shown on the product page.

If you purchase multiple items with different shipping schedules in one order, shipping will follow the latest estimated schedule unless otherwise stated.
In some cases (e.g., when a pre-order item will ship several months later), we may arrange partial shipments.

Shipping Fees (Domestic)

  • Flat rate (except Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands): ¥660 (tax included)

  • Okinawa Main Island & Hokkaido: ¥1,320 (tax included)

  • Free shipping for domestic orders over ¥30,000 (tax included)

Remote Islands (Japan)

Additional charges apply for domestic remote islands. After order placement, we will calculate the extra fee and send a payment link. Shipping will proceed after payment.

If the additional fee is not paid, your order will be canceled.
Orders over ¥30,000 (tax included) will receive free basic shipping, but the remote island surcharge must still be paid.

We offer international shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service).

  • Zone 1 (China, South Korea, Taiwan): ¥3,800

  • Zone 2 (Other countries in Asia & Pacific): ¥4,850

  • Zone 3 (Middle East & Europe): ¥6,550

  • Zone 4 (United States of America):¥7,600

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.

*If customs duties are incurred, they will be collected by the delivery personnel upon the product's arrival.

Missed Deliveries & Reshipments

If a package is returned due to missed delivery or refusal, reshipment will be made by cash on delivery (COD). Please note in advance.
